unitconversions asked: I've been thinking about getting a nipple piercing for my birthday and I was just wondering if you could tell me how much your hurt? And cost? And was the maintenance a drag?

First off, everyone’s experience is going to be different. But from my experience I would suggest not getting them, because of the desensitization, that I will likely never regain. The pain was tolerable, the healing process is more painful than the actual piercing. Mine cost $70. Maintenance is defiantly a drag. Even when fully healed they will continue to puss, though not painful, it’s rather unsightly. And if you’re anything like me, if you keep picking at the pussed scabs, re-breaking the skin, you’ll ultimately build up enough scar tissue around the piercings, that you lose sensitivity. Hope that helps.
